If the product you received:

• Has a manufacturing defect
• Is not the item you ordered
• You received the wrong size due to our error

• We cover all return shipping costs
• You will receive a full refund or replacement
• Including the original shipping cost

↩️ Voluntary returns

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (size, preference, etc.):

• Voluntary returns are accepted within the period indicated in this policy.
• Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

👉 Once we receive the item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed.

📦 Shipping and Return Costs

• Standard original shipping costs will be refunded when required by applicable consumer law.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• CORCEGAX will cover return shipping costs if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

If you would like to exchange a product (size or different item):

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• And the cost of the new shipment

🚚 Free shipping orders

For orders that qualified for free shipping over 100 €:

• If after a return the order no longer meets the minimum amount
• The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
