At Corcegax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a clear and transparent returns and exchanges policy in accordance with applicable European Union regulations.

🕐 Return period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

✅ Defective products or order errors

If the product you received:

  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is not the item you ordered
  • You received the wrong size due to our error

👉 In these cases:

  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement
  • Including the original shipping cost

↩️ Voluntary returns

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (size, preference, etc.):

  • You will receive a refund for the product only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

👉 Once we receive the item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed.

🔁 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product (size or different item):

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • And the cost of the new shipment

🚚 Free shipping orders

For orders that qualified for free shipping over [67€]:

  • If after a return the order no longer meets the minimum amount
  • The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

We accept returns and exchanges in:
👉 Spain / European Union

📦 Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If a return is rejected, the customer may request the item to be shipped back at their own expense.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
